Automotive Sales Manager

The Role:
This is an integral position within our bustling Levin commercial store, requiring a knowledgeable people leader and sales manager to drive growth in the Levin region.
Key responsibilities include management and profitability of products and sales, training and development of fleet staff, building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers, accurate stock management and quality control, and ensuring best Health & Safety procedures and processes are followed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful, you will need a full, clean NZ Driver's License, demonstrated experience working within the automotive and/or tyre industry, a minimum of 2 years' previous experience working within a management role with strong leadership capability, an exceptional attitude and positive approach to work, and strong commercial acumen and business management skills.
