Automotive Service Advisor
Job purpose:*
Service Advisor is front face of Workshop responsible for proper handling customers demand and completion of all demanded repairs up to the customer satisfaction.
• Duties and responsibilities*
1. Attend to the customer
o Capture customer voice/demanded repairs during his/her first visit
o Evaluate and give appropriate cost of repair and time required o Communicate & take approval from customer for enhanced cost
o Offer value added services
2. Ensure speedy maintenance and repair of vehicles through clear identification of
customer's need and accurate demanded repair.
3. Ensure all defects are rectified as per customers demand
4. Achieve targets of Labor, Parts, Accessories, Warranty, etc. 5. Advise the customer on service, parts, accessories, warranty
6. Ensure vehicle cleanliness through use of vehicle protection material.
7. Deliver vehicle on time
8. Providing technical clarification.
+. To ensure customer satisfaction by providing exact estimation & checking the work done.
10. Resolve customer complaint
11. Conduct post service follow-up after 3 days of vehicles delivery to check Customers satisfaction
