Duties
Diagnose mechanical issues using schematics and technical manuals
Perform repairs on automotive systems, utilizing hand tools and power tools
Assemble components and machinery as required
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure equipment reliability
Utilize welding techniques when necessary for repairs or modifications
Lift heavy equipment as needed, ensuring safety protocols are followed
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications
Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools
Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in automotive repair preferred
Ability to read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting purposes
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
Experience in automotive repair is a requirement
Capability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively
Previous experience as a mechanic or in a related field is desirable
