Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair automotive systems including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
Assemble and disassemble vehicle components as needed for repairs or replacements.
Utilize schematics to understand complex vehicle systems and troubleshoot issues effectively.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with customers about their vehicle's needs and repair options.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow in the shop.
Experience
Previous experience as an Automotive Technician or in a similar role is preferred.
Familiarity with dealership operations is a plus.
Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during repairs or maintenance tasks.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Excellent customer service skills to enhance client satisfaction.
