THE POSITION: Performs vehicle repair and maintenance work as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards.

Skills, Qualifications:

Work evening, weekend and holiday work hours as required.
Valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) are required.
Chrysler Level 1–3 Certification preferred (or willing to complete)
ASE Certifications or State Equivalent
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Minimum 2 years of professional technician experience preferred
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Team-oriented, reliable, and customer-focused
Education and Experience:
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
Professional personal appearance.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to meet company's production and quality standards.
High School Diploma or GED.
Michigan Mechanic Certification
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostics and repairs on Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and RAM vehicles
Complete routine maintenance: oil changes, brake work, tire rotations, alignments, etc.
Conduct multi-point inspections and recommend services
Utilize OEM diagnostic tools (wiTECH) and follow Chrysler repair procedures
Accurately document work and communicate with Service Advisors
Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area
Physical Requirements:
The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
The employee is occasionally required to walk, sit, and talk or hear.
The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift weights up to 100 pounds.
