About the Role

We are looking for an Automotive Technical Advisor/Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience as an ASE-certified technician, enjoy solving complex issues related to vehicle problems, and be known for their ability to fix anything automotive-related.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and solve technical escalations

• Provide online and in-dealership technical assistance

• Lead discussions and act as a subject matter expert

• Manage recall requirements and ensure Required Service Updates (RSU) are completed

• Interact with the team as the quality feedback liaison

• Provide dealership consultations on repair order documentation, repair service agreements, and facility inspections
