Job Description
Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostic tests on equipment to identify issues and determine necessary repairs.
Conduct routine maintenance tasks
Repair and replace worn or damaged components, including engines, transmissions, brakes, electrical systems, and hydraulic systems.
Inspect and test completed repairs to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities, including parts used and labor hours worked.
Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Automotive or Heavy Duty Mechanic
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical and electrical systems.
Solid understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, diesel engines, and automotive electronics.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
