• Communicate effectively with a service advisor to understand client needs and expectations.
• Conduct thorough evaluations, inspections, and diagnostics of vehicles, addressing the client’s concerns as well as identifying additional service requirements that the vehicle might need.
• Formulate and execute a clear and sensible plan of action for each vehicle, ensuring the highest quality of service and attentio
