What does it take to work with InstaMek?
• Excellent people skills —. Fortunately, our affluent customers love the convenience of on-demand car repairs and are a pleasure to work with but they also very high standards on what they’ll expect from their technicians
• Your own tools — InstaMek can help in some occasions but it's required that you have our own tools
• A valid driver’s license — You’ll be provided with an instaMek van
• Red Seal Certified — Customers expect nothing short of the best from InstaMek. We require all our mechanics to be Red Seal Certified to demonstrate excellence in their trade.
• Commitment – We invest heavily in our Meks and we want them to stay with us for the rest of their careers so we work hard to make that happen.
