Job Description
- Perform automotive repairs and maintenance tasks as assigned
- Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues using diagnostic tools and equipment
- Repair and replace automotive parts and components, including brakes, suspension systems, and electrical systems
- Conduct routine maintenance services, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements
- Inspect vehicles to identify any additional repair or maintenance needs
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and explaining repair recommendations
- Keep accurate records of all repairs and services performed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as an automotive technician or mechanic
- Proficient in using hand tools and diagnostic equipment
- Strong knowledge of automotive electrical systems and computerized diagnostics
- Familiarity with ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills to interact with customers effectively
