We are looking for:
Certified Trans Technicians
Diesel Technicians
ASE or Stellantis Certified Technicians
Our technicians work on a variety of makes and models, our CDJR shop is the busiest service center in the Midwest, which means your days will be filled and will fly by! Each tech has the opportunity to earn weekly production bonuses and can earn significantly higher than our above average starting wage.
Training is provided regularly for technicians so you can stay ahead of the curve. If you are interested in learning new things - we'll help you! We strive for constant improvement in ourselves and will help you become a stronger technician or pursue other advancements.
Technicians work daily with our team of top service advisors and shop dispatcher. They work to distribute work fairly and provide every team member the opportunity to perform at their highest level. We aim for 100% customer satisfaction with all jobs so we are looking for leaders in the automotive world, we don't settle at Bettenhausen, and neither should you!
As a technician you will test-drive vehicles, test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment. Perform quality inspections of vehicle repairs prior to returning the vehicle to the customer. Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning, etc.

Pay is dependent upon experience - inquire within to learn about our aggressively tiered pay plans that offer high earning potential for our Techs.
We are looking for technicians with:
Level 3 Transmission Certification Preferred
ASE certification preferred
Diesel/Heavy duty experience a preferred
Multi-Brand technicians welcome
Positive attitude a must
Team member, flexible, detail oriented and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
Must have working knowledge of shop equipment such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment system, diagnostic equipment, AC equipment, etc.
Must have a valid driver's license
