About us
We’re a busy, customer-focused dealership/service centre looking for a skilled Technician to join our workshop team. You will be working on new and late-model Vehicles, follow manufacturer procedures, and help deliver great owner experiences.
Key responsibilities
Perform scheduled servicing, diagnostics, repairs and road-tests on vehicles.
Fault-find using OEM diagnostic tools and workshop manuals.
Complete accurate job cards, paperwork and log work in workshop systems.
Communicate repair findings and cost estimates clearly to Service Advisors and customers.
Follow health & safety and manufacturer warranty/recall procedures.
Mentor junior technicians and maintain a tidy, efficient workspace.
Requirements (must-have)
Qualified automotive technician certificate (e.g. Cert III/IV or equivalent).
Subaru/Kia experience highly regarded.
Strong diagnostic skills and experience with scan tools.
Valid driver’s licence.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to work reasonable overtime as required.
Desirable
Factory training or recognised OEM courses.
Mechanical and electrical fault-finding experience.
Trade tools and own basic tool kit.
