Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, with experience in diagnosing and resolving vehicle issues. This role requires a thorough understanding of automotive systems, including electrical, mechanical, and powertrain components. The Automotive Technician will work closely with team lead to provide exceptional service and ensure our vehicles are operating safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Perform diagnostics and repairs on a variety of vehicles.

Utilize hand tools and power tools to conduct maintenance and repairs efficiently.

Interpret schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot automotive electrical systems and mechanical issues.

Conduct vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, alignments, and transmission repairs.

Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used for each vehicle.

Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery while adhering to safety protocols.

Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies, including Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems (ADAS).

Experience

Previous experience as an Automotive Technician or Service Technician is required.

Dealership experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Proficiency in automotive diagnostics, mechanical knowledge, and repair techniques is essential.

Familiarity with auto estimating processes is a plus.

Experience with welding and maintenance tasks will be considered an advantage.

Strong understanding of powertrain systems, automotive electrical systems, and general vehicle maintenance practices is necessary.
