5+ years as a MULTI-VEHICLE AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN is required
10+ years experience as an Automotive Technician is required
A Level A Automotive Technician who is results driven, detailed oriented individual, who is proactive and ability to multi-task is required
Understanding of automotive repair/service workflow from the time the vehicle is in your possession until the time you inform the store manager it’s done
Experience diagnosing and repairing multiple vehicle types
Excellent organizational and communication skills (written and verbal) required
Strong team player that interacts well with others required
Proficiency in English (written and verbal skills) required
Ability to work 40 hours a week

Responsibilities
This individual will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing and servicing multiple manufactured vehicles (including luxury imports), managing the tasks to be done, ensuring the work is done to Cassidy Tire standards
As an Automotive Technician this person will be responsible for promoting a culture of quality and superior service
Confirm customer concern and ensure concern is resolved prior to returning the vehicle to customer
Diagnosing and testing vehicle components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
Ability to perform service/maintenance work required and/or recommended by OE Manufacturers per mileage service intervals
Work will include but is not limited to fluid services, suspension, brake, fuel system, ignition, cooling system, and timing components, on various vehicle manufacturers
Maintaining, and repairing multiple manufactured vehicles
Communicating directly with the Store Manager, so customers can be informed if any additional service is needed
Providing an appropriate estimate of time needed for additional repairs

Objective
Cassidy Tire & Service is growing and looking for an Automotive Technician (Level A). This individual will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing and servicing multiple manufactured vehicles (including luxury imports), managing the tasks to be done, ensuring the work is done to Cassidy Tire standards. As an Automotive Technician this person will be responsible for promoting a culture of quality and superior service.

Qualifications
• 5+ years as a MULTI-VEHICLE AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN is required
• 10+ years experience as an Automotive Technician is required
• A Level A Automotive Technician who is results driven, detailed oriented individual, who is proactive and ability to multi-task is required.
• Understanding of automotive repair/service workflow from the time the vehicle is in your possession until the time you inform the store manager it’s done.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing multiple vehicle types.

• ASE or Manufacturer certifications preferred
• Strong team player that interacts well with others required.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal skills) required.
• Ability to work 40 hours a week.
