A&A The Shop is Alaska’s largest independent Subaru repair facility and a trusted Toyota mechanic for over 35 years. Our Anchorage location is looking for an experienced Automotive Service Technician to join our high-performance, tight-knit team.

What We’re Looking For
4+ years professional automotive repair experience (A level)
Subaru & Toyota diagnostic/repair expertise preferred
ASE certifications recommended
Own basic set of tools
Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
Able to pass a background check & drug test
Comfortable with modern shop software and digital repair orders
Strong communication skills & a proactive, team-oriented mindset
Your Day-to-Day
Diagnose and repair Subaru, Toyota, and other vehicles
Perform inspections, recommend services, and complete repairs to manufacturer and shop standards
Disassemble/reassemble components, replenish fluids, replace parts
Maintain accurate repair documentation
Keep your bay and the shop clean, safe, and organized
