We are a busy shop with many fleet contracts as well as regular work
$55-60/hour flat rate plus guaranteed wage and amazing bonus program up to $3000 monthly only in bonuses
We offer: hourly wage on a flat rate base, sales commission, monthly bonus, paid travel time, guaranteed minimum pay.
What does it take to work with InstaMek?
Excellent people skills — Fortunately, our affluent customers love the convenience of on-demand car repairs and are a pleasure to work with but they also very high standards on what they’ll expect from their technicians
Efficiency & Process Oriented - Our formula works and can make you very successful but it requires you to be efficient and follow the system
Your own tools — InstaMek can help in some occasions but it's required that you have our own tools
A valid driver’s license — You’ll be provided with an instaMek van
310S Certified — Customers expect nothing short of the best from InstaMek. We require all our mechanics to be Red Seal Certified to demonstrate excellence in their trade.

Highest pay in the industry — Get paid what you deserve. You will paid a base salary plus bonuses and commission. All jobs are paid flat rate plus travel.
instaMek Van - You will be provided a company vehicle that you can take home
Insurance is covered - we provide workers comp and liability coverage
Flexible schedule - If there are no jobs you can stay at home instead of cleaning the floor at a regular shop.
No office politics - since you're working by yourself, there is no office politics! We are just here to support you in the back end.
Shop Available - If a job is too difficult to do mobile or the weather is bad then the jobs can be done in our own shop.
