Key Responsibilities : A:Ability to work independently as well as working on project teams B:Develop and Document procedures required for production release of new and enhanced features of scheduling service as well as accompanying operational process documentation required for steady-state service management C:Fast learner with interest in improving technical knowledge D:Able to work alone or in a team and both under instruction or to own initiative E:Good communications and interpersonal skill
Technical Experience : A:5-6 yrs of exp in IT infrastructure domain B:Basic UNIX skills shell scripting exp C:Experience in Scheduling Tools ie Autosys R12 and higher D:Experience in supporting IT systems in a multi-platform, multi-site, mission critical environment on a 24-7 basis
Professional Attributes : A:Excellent communication skills B:Flexible and adaptable to change Team work essential C:Service focused and ability to handle pressure at times D:Identifies risk quickly and proposes actions E:Good report writing skills
