1.Position: AV Design Engineer - 2 Nos

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka

Job Responsibilities
• Collaborating with AV Pres Sales Engineers, Project managers, and other Sales Teams to understand the requirements and abstract audio-visual solutions.
• Creating designs, layouts, and specifications for AV systems, taking into account factors such as room acoustics, lighting, equipment placement, and user experience.
• Select appropriate audio, video, and control equipment based on project requirements and budget constraints.
• Integrating different components such as projectors, displays, sound systems microphones, cameras, switchers, control systems, and other AV devices to create a unified and functional system.
• Creating detailed technical documentation, including system diagrams, wiring diagrams, equipment lists, user manuals, and operation guides.
• Communicating effectively with team members to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any concerns or issues.
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and advancements in the AV industry. This includes attending conferences, seminars, and workshops, and engaging in continuous learning to enhance skills and knowledge related to AV design and integration.

2.Position: Inside Sales Representative - 2 Nos

Location: Oxford Integration Pvt Ltd at Novel Business Park, Adugodi, Bangalore – 560030, Karnataka

Job Responsibilities
• Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels, such as cold calling, email campaigns, and inbound inquiries.
• Establish and nurture relationships with customers to understand their needs and address any concerns or questions they may have.
• Work towards achieving Lead Generation targets by effectively negotiating with customers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and activities using a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Registration and updation of vendor’s portal with all the relevant documents.

3.Position: AUTOCAD Draftsman

Location: Oxford Integration Pvt Ltd at Novel Business Park, Adugodi, Bangalore – 560030, Karnataka

Employment Type: [Full-time]

Job Responsibilities

• Preparation of shop Drawings in AutoCAD/REVIT

• Quantity takes off / quantity survey.

• Preparation of Tender submission documents.

• Preparation of Project pre-qualification documents.

• Coordination with Sales/Presales/Project team when necessary

• Proper soft & hard copy folder management

• Preparation of project documents as per the instructions from Project Manager/Engineer

• Project (Immersive, AV, ELV & ICT) handover documents preparation

• Preparation / modification of General company documents such as Presentation or marketing documents
