AV Engineer – Conference Room Solutions
· Design end-to-end AV solutions for conference rooms, boardrooms, and collaboration spaces.
· Install, configure, and maintain AV equipment, including displays, audio systems, microphones, cameras, video conferencing units, control systems, and cabling.
· Ensure seamless integration with communication platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, Google Meet, etc.).
· Conduct site surveys, prepare layout designs, and provide technical recommendations.
· Troubleshoot AV issues and provide real-time support during meetings or events.
· Collaborate with IT and admin teams to ensure optimal system performance and user experience.
· Maintain documentation of system diagrams, configurations, and maintenance logs.
· Proven experience in setting up and maintaining AV systems in a professional setting.
· Strong understanding of video conferencing technologies and AV control systems
· Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
· Familiarity with networking and IT infrastructure as it relates to AV systems.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Strong communication and coordination abilities.
