What you'll do | Hei mahi
Lead inventory accuracy through audits: Conduct regular shop floor walks and stockroom audits to ensure precise completion of core inventory processes and stocktakes.
Optimise online order fulfillment and pricing: Collaborate with the Customer Experience Leader to investigate discrepancies in online orders and implement preventative measures. You'll also oversee ticketing accuracy to prevent pricing issues.
Manage production plans: For stores with onsite production (like Meat and Bakery), you'll review and finalise production plans to ensure accurate output.
Drive continuous improvement: Resolve process-related issues escalated by the SOS and conduct regular health checks to identify and address areas for functional improvement.
Contribute to store leadership and team collaboration: Step up as the Acting Store Manager on scheduled shifts and actively participate in "Better Together" connections to foster team communication.
