Role Overview:

As our Client/Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our client projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard. You’ll be the key point of contact for our clients, managing their expectations and fostering strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee client projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.

- Communicate effectively with clients via Slack, addressing questions and concerns.

- Manage team members and help them adhere to deadlines.

- Collaborate with the CEO to align project goals with business objectives.

- Utilise your digital marketing skills to contribute to project success and assist in team training.

Requirements:

- Fluent in English, ideally located in the UK time zone.

- Highly organised with strong interpersonal skills.

- Proven experience in managing teams and projects.

- Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts (training provided on our specific style).

- Familiarity with ClickUp and Go High Level is a plus.
