We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of a Consultant Specialist.
In this role, you will
• You will be part of the IT Compute pod, in charge of the component of Pricing on both the legacy and strategic platforms.
• You will participate to the development on Sophis, on our regression tests and the maintenance/enhancements of our infrastructure (both on premise and gcp)
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
• B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.S degree with 7-10 years of IT experience
• Excellent programming skills in Java
• Handson programming experience in Java, Python and Sql is must
• Good knowledge of Relational Database like Oracle PL/SQL programming skills
• Experience in C++ and C# would be a strong asset
• Excellent programming skills and complete Hands-On expertise.
• Sound knowledge of data structures, algorithms and design patterns
• Working knowledge of one or more of Apache Kafka, REST APIs, Docker, Kubernetes would be a great advantage
• Proficient in code versioning tools such as GIT, SVN etc
• Good understanding of agile methodologies and DevOps tooling such as JIRA, Maven, Jenkins, Ansible etc.
• Sound knowledge on functions, triggers, materialized views, DB management, Schema design
• Technology / programming language should not be a barrier to getting things done. Open to work on multiple technologies as required.
• Proficient in Data Structures & Algorithms and their practical usages
• Experience mentoring juniors and designing and building systems from scratch
• End to end ownership of delivery of a product (from requirement to production).
• Excellent problem solving and logical reasoning skills.
