Job Title : City Head

Position Overview :
As a City Head, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and driving the success of our operations in Delhi. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the business in the city, including but not limited to :
Key Responsibilities :
- Market Expansion: Identify and evaluate opportunities for growth and expansion in Delhi (NCR) while ensuring that our services align with the local market needs.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee and streamline daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. This includes logistics, supply chain management, quality control, and customer satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Build, manage, and lead a high-performing team, including but not limited to city managers, operations managers, and other key personnel.
- Business Development: Establish and maintain partnerships with local vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless supply chain and sustainable business growth.
- Financial Management: Develop and manage the city's budget, monitor financial performance, and make data-driven decisions to optimize revenue and cost-effectiveness.
- Customer Engagement: Maintain a customer-centric approach by actively gathering customer feedback, addressing complaints, and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Compliance: Ensure that all local, state, and national regulations and guidelines are adhered to, including licensing, safety standards, and quality control.
- Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze and report on key performance metrics to corporate leadership, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in scaling operational startups or managing a significant portion of a large operation.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of local market trends and customer behavior in Delhi.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
