XDLINX Space Labs is looking to hire an Avionics Design Engineer to work with a brilliant and passionate team of engineers building satellites. You will have the opportunity to work with different enthusiastic engineering teams with global exposure and prolific industry experience.

Responsibilities:
• Exp into Digital circuits & Mixed signal board design.
• Exp into Analog circuits & Power board design.
• Exp into EMI/EMC design & testing
• Define board layout constraints, routing guidelines
• Define board stack up, impedance rules.
• Perform Signal integrity analysis
• Review the PCB layout.
• Prepare engineering BOM
• Review the design for DFM/DFT
• Prepare detailed board bring up and validation plan.
• Perform board bring up and validation.
• Good in electronic circuit design and testing.
• Experience in using schematics and PCB layout development tools like Orcad/Altium, Orcad Allegro PCB designer etc.
• Hands on experience in board bring up and board level functional and performance testing.
• Hands on experience in using electronic laboratory test equipment like DMM, Oscilloscope, Power supply etc.
Desired experience: -
• Strong knowledge of the various processors and controllers.
• Strong knowledge of Analog, digital, Power and RF designs.
• Strong knowledge of communications like I2C, SPI, UART, RS232 and RS485.
• Good knowledge on the High-speed signals Routing and the Power Routing techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving ability with experience in debugging, diagnosing complex circuits issues which involves both hardware and software.
• Experience in board bring up and testing.
• Good knowledge of EMI, EMC and ESD Validation, Electrical Validation, environmental validation.
• Hands on Experience in using laboratory equipment such as high-speed digital oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, logic-analyzers etc.
Minimum qualifications
• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of professional experience in electronics circuit design.
• Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
• Proficiency in selecting components for analogue, digital and mixed signal circuit boards.
• Knowledge of schematic design principles for analogue, digital and mixed signal circuit boards.
• Experience with at least one professional electronic CAD software package Altium
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to work productively in a team.
• Ability to use Excel.
