Our Client
• Is a full-service national law firm in Montréal with a very reputable Insolvency & Restructuring practice.
Responsibilities
• Participate in day-to-day management of complex and sophisticated restructuring and insolvency files.
• Advise financial institutions, secured creditors, court officers, trustees, landlords and debtor companies.
• Opportunity for hands-on experience with clients and to run files independently.
• Any other tasks assigned.
Requirements
• Minimum two (2) years of relevant experience in insolvency, bankruptcy, and restructuring.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, in both French and English.
• The successful candidate must be a member in good standing of the Quebec Bar.

• Conseiller des institutions financières, créanciers garantis, officiers de la Cour, syndics et compagnies débitrices.
• Opportunité d'acquérir une expérience pratique avec les clients et de gérer des dossiers de manière indépendante.
• Toute autre tâche connexe.
Exigences
• Au moins deux (2) ans d'expérience pertinente en matière d'insolvabilité, de faillite et de restructuration.
• De solides compétences en matière de relations interpersonnelles et de communication sont essentielles, tant en français qu'en anglais.
• Le candidat retenu doit être membre en règle du Barreau du Québec.
