As we step into Corporate agency model across Life Insurance, Health Insurance and General Insurance, we are seeking dynamic and result-oriented leaders in General Insurance industry to strengthen our sales team.
Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in the Greater Chennai Area for an AVP and Senior Relationship Manager specializing in marketing Life and General Insurance. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, analyzing their insurance needs, and offering tailored insurance solutions. The AVP and Senior Relationship Manager will also be responsible for client acquisition, cross-selling of financial products, and achieving sales goals while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Candidates should follow ethical standard while marketing the insurance products.

Qualifications
Experience in marketing and selling life and general insurance products
Strong relationship management and client engagement skills
Proven ability in customer retention and cross-selling financial products
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Knowledge of financial services, particularly mutual funds and PMS
Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets in the insurance domain
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; certifications in Insurance or Financial Planning are a plus. *Company Name: Fouress Finserv LLP*

• Generate new leads through references, networking, and field activities
• Meet prospective and existing clients to understand their financial needs
• Promote and sell General Insurance products as well as Health Insurance, Life Insurance & Mutual Fund products
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Provide post-sales service and portfolio review support
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Cross-sell and up-sell financial products to existing clients
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
