Introduction:

- To manage a team of qualified analysts undertaking financial spreading for mid and large corporate customers on corporate bank credit system
- Manage day-to-day activities of the team and ensure compliance to procedures and policy guidelines, encourage and motivate team members, develop their skill sets and manage personal development goals for them
- Delivery of Service Level Agreement and Key Performance Indicators through effective team management
- Building and maintaining smooth relations with various stakeholders across the bank including M&C, Credit Analysis, Credit Risk, Coverage, etc.

What will you be doing?
- Ensure target achievement adhering to Service Level Agreements
- Address administrative issues arising out of day-to-day working
- Undertake capacity and leave planning for the team
- Measure performance of the team for e.g. performance appraisals, confirmations and on-going feedback and training
- Act as an escalation point of contact and ensure that all escalations are resolved in a timely manner
- Liaise with third party service provider for day to day activities of temporary staff
- Keep standard operating procedures updated at all times
- Drive for future quality improvements
- Conduct regular briefings for the team to discuss performance, organisational policies and process updates
- Ensure strict adherence to compliance
- Manage attrition rate within target levels
- Ensure high levels of motivation among the team

What we’re looking for:

- CA/CFA/FRM or Post-graduate diploma (M.Com/Finance) or MBA (Finance)
- Prior experience in financial spreading or similar role
- Prior experience in managing people and SLA delivery
- Aptitude to work in a dynamic business environment, periodically requiring tight deadlines and aggressive turn-around time
- Good verbal and written communication skills, and flexibility to manage change
