The Business Analyst covers the analysis phase of a change initiative project that is targeted to design a target operating model on business processes, its required governance and management design to ensure improvements are realized in a robust and controlled environment.
This includes analytical aspects outside the impacted area or team to ensure target design are aligned front to back.

Your Key Responsibilities
• Define complex process and identify problem areas in order to work on a solution in partnership with architects, developers, and business users
• Design and conceptualize business solution options and articulate underlying impact analysis
• Effective communication upwards with experience on the production of management decks
• Actively supports the business strategy, plans and values, contributing to the achievement of a high-performance culture
• Support the project manager as a PMO / BA to ensure that projects are on track based on business requirements
Your Skills & Experience
• Overall 10+ years of experience with minimum of 5 years work related experience and knowledge on analysis methods, tools and techniques
• Working experience on Middle and Back Office activities would be preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with other team members and stakeholders
• Analytical and problem-solving experience and ability to grasp new concepts, provide insights and solutions
• High attention to detail and ability to stay organized despite multiple demands
• Ability to commit and prioritize work duties and tasks. Project management and PMO experience would be preferred
• Excellent proven communication and documentation / presentation skills
• Ability to identify and escalate problems at an early stage
• Ability to work in virtual teams and matrix / global organizations
• Fluent in English (written / verbal)
