What You'll Bring:
• The Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery Manager is responsible for the hands on management of the Business Resiliency program. This position requires a proven subject matter expert with demonstrated competency in the planning, development, program execution, maintenance and testing of Enterprise Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and Crisis/Incident Management programs.
• Additional responsibilities include risk, controls and compliance management.
• Familiarity with fundamental IT concepts, infrastructure & data center technologies is required.
• This position will require communication and coordination across the organization – the Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery Manager must demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Impact You'll Make:
• Understand business continuity planning, exercise, design and execution, crisis management training/exercises, and generally promoting business continuity through other local or regional awareness activities throughout the year.
• Provide oversight and direction across implementation activities and strategies while supporting and implementing BCP program standards.
• Manage and support business recovery exercises which may include Work Area Recovery (WAR) sites, Remote access, alternate office and critical process transfer depending on location.
• BCP/ Operational Resilience Policy including carrying out BIA, fixation of RTO/ RPO etc formulation and implementation.
• Support review and maintenance of business continuity policy, standards and processes
• Support assigned oversight areas with the creation, maintenance and testing of their various business continuity plans.
• Support the identification of Business Continuity related risks (internal / external), the assessment of their likelihood, as well as potential impacts and risk mitigation plans.
• Proactively identify and implement BCP program and process improvements.
• Design, coordinate and execute BCP/DR test exercises for critical business processes, and produce test reports including lessons learned.
• Benchmark processes against regulatory requirements, Company standards and industry best practices to develop and improve the BCP/ Operational Resilience framework.
• Liaise with directors and senior managers for BCP/ Operational Resilience related activities.
• Supporting activities relating to Governance, Risk and Compliance
