- Minimum 8-10 years of post-qualification experience out of which the last 5+ years should be in the BPM industry

- Previous experience in managing Client Operations (Preference - Utilities) is preferred

- Responsible for overall management and oversight of the assigned areas branches including planning, strategy, organizational structure, budget and resource allocation
