Job Purpose
To support the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of CCIB Client Coverage and Head of Banking Platform Operations in aspects of Control and Governance. The five core areas of interest diversely span (1) HR (2) Finance (3) Strategy Implementation (4) Data & Digitisation (5) Support & Enablement. This is a global role that involves stakeholder management spanning a variety of departments, geographies and business partners. Executing an agile and data conscious enablement function to deliver client centric value growth for the Bank's coverage business.
Role Responsibilities
1. HR
• Headcount forecasting, hiring tracking and approval processing
• Workforce planning and transfers
• Strategic performance indicator assessments and capacity planning
2. Finance
• Managing Cost forecasting and regional engagement meetings within Banking Platform
• Corporate planning, and budget transfer mediations
• Cost save initiative tracking and benefit realisation assessments
• Target setting & profitability modelling (global, regional & country)
• Attrition and rate card modelling
3. Strategy
• Productivity measures and analytics
• New Ways of Working Initiatives (NWoW) Implementation and Management
• Benefits tracking, strategy execution & tracking
4. Data & Digitisation
• Process Automation & Testing
• Key metric dashboard creation & testing
• Driving client focus in a dynamic data centric environment
5. Support & Enablement
• Process improvement
• Business Continuity Management
• Adaption to change and restructuring
• Senior stakeholder mediation
