Your Key Responsibilities
• Work with teams across IB & Cross Product Ops, to understand the appropriateness and feasibility of solutions for automation to support busines process change and operational efficiencies, analyse requirements, prepare, validate and obtain sign-off of feasibility studies
• Analyse, design, develop, test and support the implementation of data enrichment and transformation solutions MS Power Platform suite, or Alteryx and create MI dashboards and data visualisations using Tableau
• Drive reusability in solutions and assure that the overall designs conform to established SDLC frameworks and are consistent with bank and industry best practices (including scalability, availability, maintainability and flexibility).
• Work to handover developed final codes to the corresponding operations group, analyzing any issues and neutralizing their impacts as part of the hand-over, ensuring that solutions are fit for purpose and maintainable, and can be integrated successfully into the overall environment with clear, robust and well tested deployments
• Work innovatively and collaboratively to deliver projects in the efficient way to meet business goals, escalating issues to stakeholders to find best course of actions
• Support the Citizen Developer (CD) use of Low Code-No Code data transformation solutions, working within a Community of Practice and assisting with the delivery of program benefits and strategic outcomes. Guide and mentor new resources in their CD journey, assessing use cases and offering advice on best practices and answering general questions
• Support the development and improvement of the CD program content, operating model, standards, policies and best practices for successful Citizen Development across Division/Business Groups with respect to the specific tools that you have responsibility for
• Work with CDs to capture processes through process mapping or business objects tools
Your Skills And Experience
• Strong experience developing and implementing data enrichment and transformation solutions MS Power Platform suite (Power App & Power Automate) and/or Alteryx
• Knowledge on premium connector APIs in MS Power Platform suite
• Experience with process mapping or business objects tools like Visio and Blueworks preferred
• Good level of computer literacy in Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint Online, ability to grasp fundamental principles of new software and translate for non-technical audience.
• Good analytical & problem solving skills and experience of Target Operating Model design
• Experience with Low Code/No Code tools and organizational Citizen Development upskilling
• Strong understanding of SDLC Concepts
• Delivery focused & able to operate in a fast-paced environment
• A team player and excellent collaborator
• Effective stakeholder engagement
• Strong written and verbal language skills
