Sr Branch Manager AVP/DVP
Lead Retail Banking in Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage area sales, branch operations, and administration.
• Build high-quality portfolio for the area.
• Achieve targeted results for branches in the area.
• Ensure timely repayments of loans disbursed in the area.
• Maintain and deliver branch productivity.
• Evaluate and manage team performance.
• Foster a culture of 100% compliance to policies, processes, and regulatory matters.
Requirements:
• 5-15 years of experience in private commercial banking or large banks.
• Proven track record in sales and collection functions.
• Prior experience in housing finance, loan against property, and business loans.
• Proficiency in Hindi and English.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.
Qualifications:
• Graduation in any stream.
• Post-graduation in MBA preferred.
• Professional qualifications: graduate and above
