Job Description
Our Client, a Leading Indian Private Bank is urgently looking out for Functional Consultants who are experts in Digital / API Banking to be based at Bangalore, immediate joiners would be preferred.
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 11-15 years in the Banking Domain as a Functional Consultant in Digital / API Banking with experience in Agile, Jira or Confluence. Certified Agile Scrum Professionals would be preferred.
Candidate should be open to work from Office, 5 days a week job.
Job Purpose
Responsible for User Stories, refinement, backlog management, providing functional clarification on requirements and APIs to the digital programs managed by the team.
Job Responsibilities:
· Draft, review and sign-off of User stories
· Develop a Deep understanding of the digital banking app features and APIs
· UAT Planning, write UAT test scenarios, test cases, execute UAT
· Take ownership of activities, drive agility and quick turnaround
· Provide functional guidance to the development team members
· Be proactive, foresee risks and issues
· Perform User Story reviews of the product
· Contribute and review User Acceptance testing approach and strategy
· Work with the UX designer and PM and finalize the UI design
· Escalate to the management in case anything is behind schedule
· Be proactive, foresee risks and issues
Skills:
· Banking Domain experience – Retail Banking, Payments
· Business Analysis and Functional consulting
· Writing User Stories
· Agile Methodology
· Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence
· Good Communication skills – written and verbal
· Ability to identify detailed activities, plan them along with the PM
· Co-ordination between different stakeholders
· Be proactive, open and honest in communicating with management
· Ability to communicate effectively with the stakeholders – internal and external
· Ability to interact at various levels within the organization and ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues
