The successful AVP DVP Retail Branch Manager will be responsible for leading a team of branch managers to achieve sales, profitability, and collection targets in the retail banking sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage area sales, branch operations, and administration to ensure high-quality portfolio maintenance and adherence to company norms and processes.
• Build a high-quality portfolio for the area by sourcing and profitably collecting loans.
• Responsible for achieving targeted sales figures for branches in the area.
• Track and ensure repayments of loan disbursals from the area.
• Maintain and deliver branch productivity, ensuring sufficient manpower to achieve desired results.
• Handhold teams of branch managers and cluster managers to achieve desired targets.
• Conduct field visits with branch team members to handhold in sourcing and collection.
• Ensure the sales team performs at high levels and foster teamwork.
• Build and nurture teams to achieve high performance, ensuring 100% compliance with policies and regulatory matters.
• Provide training to team members on products and handhold them.
Requirements:
• 5-15 years of experience in private commercial banks or large banks.
• Previous responsibilities managed include sales and collection functions.
• Languages: Hindi, English.
• Technical skills: Basic Microsoft Office proficiency.
Qualifications:
• Graduation: Any stream.
• Post-graduation: MBA preferred.
• Professional qualifications: Graduate and above.
• Certifications: None specified.
