The Sec & Derivatives Manager is a mid-level position responsible for India Exchange Traded Derivatives Broking and Clearing Operations. This includes leading the team in activities such as Risk Management, Client Servicing, Reconciliations, Stakeholder Management, Projects and Developments and Client/Regulatory Reporting Responsibilities: Lead the team responsible for clearing, settlement and Risk Management activities of client's exchange traded derivatives transactions Understand and build sound knowledge of derivatives and capital markets for self and the team Drive automation and enhancement initiatives for the team and business Liaise with Regulators, Vendors, Business and various internal teams to deliver the results required Ensure knowledge transfer within the team and build fungibility within the team Assist in various Business and Operations initiatives and ensure successful delivery Handle external and internal audits and reviews Identify areas of improvement and drive continues initiatives for improvement and efficiency Ensure strong focus on Risk and Control and work in collaboration with the Risk and Control functions Identify areas in technology enhancement and work with technology and vendors Qualifications: 10-12 years of relevant experience Demonstrated comprehension of Derivative products, accounting, stakeholder management, developments and regulatory policies Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills Education: Bachelor's Degree/University degree or equivalent experience in Business, Accounting, or Finance This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
