Job Description
Our client is a Multinational Bank based in India , with offices in Mumbai , Bangalore and Delhi and is looking for a AVP Finance- Accounting, Taxation & Fin Reporting.
Responsibilities :
1. Supporting monthly closing of accounts as per J-GAAP and I-GAAP, and periodical Head Office reporting, finalisation and statutory audit / limited review of financial statements.
2. Financial forecasts for Bank's annual Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP) reporting.
3. Monitoring and analysis of Forecasts vs. Actuals and periodical reporting to the Senior Management Committee (SMC).
4. Financial information, data and reports for RBI inspection, Risk-Based Supervision (RBS), rating agencies, taxation or other authorities.
5. Financial analysis and MIS reports for ALCO, RMC, SMC & other committee meetings.
6. Analytical review and commentary on monthly, half yearly and annual J-GAAP and I-GAAP financials (including expense analysis) and management presentation.
7. Fixed assets capitalization and reporting and capital work in progress items monitoring, follow-up and control.
8. Ind AS pro-forma statements production and submission to RBI and preparation for full scale Ind AS implementation.
+. Supporting finance systems implementation including functional requirement documentation and user acceptance testing.
10. Process documentation and maintenance of internal procedures as per enterprise policy and standards.
11. Chart of accounts maintenance and control over Internal control accounts.
Education: CA with 8 - 13 years of experience.
Candidates from Foreign/MNC Bank are preferred.
