AVP-Finance
WHO WE ARE:
CredRight Finance is a new age FinTech platform & NBFC, driven by an inspiring mission to empower Micro & Small Entrepreneurs [MSMEs] which do not have access to organized credit from financial institutions [like Banks and NBFCs].
With its Technology first approach, CredRight is providing customized loan offerings to MSMEs from Tier 2 to Tier 4 towns of India to achieve its Financial Inclusion mission.
We are backed by likes of Michael & Susan Dell Foundation, Accion Venture Labs, +Unicorns and YourNest and has raised more than INR 80 Cr in Equity and ~140 Cr AUM, growing by 150%+ YoY.
WHAT WOULD BE YOUR ROLE:
As the leader of the Finance team, you would handle the following:
• Preparation of Financial Statements as per IND AS/GAAP requirements and getting them audited
• Responsible for the annual Budgeting, Tracking actuals vs. budgeted, Variance Analysis
• Monthly Projected Financials, Branch & Cluster Profitability, Functional Costing MIS etc
• Preparation of MIS for internal and external stakeholders
• Oversee the Capital Raise, both debt & equity, and due diligence process.
• Computation of ECL as per Ind AS norms
• Monthly closing of the book, preparation of MIS profit & loss account, balance sheet, standard and special management reports etc
• Monthly preparation of invoices for colending partners
• Automation of various subprocess
• Coordination with Various stakeholders
• Preparation and submission of RBI Returns
YOU ARE GOOD AT:
An ideal candidate would have the following experience / skills / traits:
• Good analytical skills
• detail oriented + big picture
• Qualified CA
• Good communication skills ability to articulate insights, findings in a cohesive manner
• Has worked in an NBFC/Bank/Financial Institute
