Experience – 8 years & above out of which atleast the last 5 years should be in Sales Function for Data Labelling & Annotation Solutions

Qualitas Global is offering a very exciting opportunity for a professional having a minimum experience of 5 years & a proven track record of sales in Data Labelling / Data Annotation. We are seeking an ambitious & self-motivated senior executive who will be responsible for identifying, prospecting & qualifying potential leads as well as generating new business opportunities through effective communication & negotiation skills.

Experience in selling large deals to Global clients is a MUST.

Location: Pune, India. Would prefer candidates from Ukraine, Israel, Europe, Americas looking to come over to India. Visa sponsorship & help will be extended.

Your Future Employer is a premium & well known Data Annotation Services firm established since 2008 serving customers from industries like Technology, Autonomous Vehicles, Retail, Finance & Banking, Security & Surveillance + Drones, Medical & Health-tech, Agri-tech, Sports etc.

Responsibilities:

1. Strategically drive new business via Business Development & pre-sales initiatives, in close synergy with the Operations teams & the CEO by devising marketing plans & in-depth researching of potential customers to ensure Sales targets are met. Developing the trust to independently lead solutions sales campaigns within large accounts.

2. Using Qualitas Global’s 9 years of experience in the Data Annotation industry & transfer this knowledge of technology, processes, quality matrix etc to educate clients on the value of our business expertise & ensuring to meet client requirements by becoming a trusted advisor for services & managing client & building value-added relationships. Building positive relationships at a senior level with Clients.

3. Getting on Strategic Client calls as well as travelling to meet customers both domestic & international to understand the customer’s needs & stream co-ordination between customer’s business needs; budget & the Operations team.

4 Responsible for understanding client’s needs & onboarding new customers as well as the entire contract renewal pipeline for customers.

5. Upsell additional / new services as well as communicate new promotions, announcements to the Clients.

6. Strong project management skills and ability to manage and prioritize several active Client projects at the same time.

7. Quarterly Business Reviews with Clients either online or an in-person meeting.

8. Quick daily meetings / calls & weekly reporting to the CEO.

9. Attend relevant conferences & exhibitions to conduct sales presentations.

Requirements:

1. Prior management experience & Data Annotation background.

2. Need to have a proven track record of leading strategic engagements within new & existing accounts for Data Annotation services, while consistently achieving or exceeding quarterly & annual sales goals.

3. Prior experience in meeting customers in North America, Europe (most important) & UAE apart from India.

4. Excellent written & phone communication skills with North American & European Clients.

5. Strong attention to detail, proactive, well organized & self-motivated with the ability to translate challenges into opportunities.
