Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, Enterprise Wide Risk Management Framework and internal Barclays Policies and Policy Standards.

Introduction:
Daily responsibilities including (but not limited to)
• Continuous credit monitoring on the names that the desk has risk on
• Comprehensive analysis of balance sheet, EBITDA forecasts, cash flow forecasts
• Special focus on illiquid situations to provide the desk timely updates.
• Map upcoming corporate events and update due diligence on previously covered names
• Conducting fundamental credit due diligence around potential new opportunities
• Presenting stress analysis frameworks/reports around stress situations to the balance sheet and any market reported metrics
What will you be doing?
The role is suited towards someone with the following characteristics
• Good Credit Research experience
• Knowledge of Equity markets, financial ratios and basic modelling MBA/ CFA preferred
• Knowledge of Equity markets, financial ratios and basic modelling MBA/ CFA preferred
• Strong Analytical ability
• Strong coordination skills to manage multiple tasks
• Flexible to work long hours
• Excellent communication skills (oral/written) and good written/presentation skills
• Proactive in nature. Should be able to demonstrate a self starting attitude
What we're looking for:
• Masters' Degree in Finance or Economics
• 3 to 5 years of prior experience in a financial institution or firm
