• Location-Jaipur
• Role Description
• Division & Team:
KYC Operations at Deutsche Bank plays a central role in the company's first line of defense against
financial crime. This includes, among other things, serving the bank's approximately 150,000 clients (of which >50,000 are in Germany) through their KYC lifecycle. Know Your Client (KYC) in this context involves knowing the clients (individuals and legal entities) and entities with whom the bank either has a single transaction or an ongoing relationship or for whom it provides services. KYC is an ongoing process that continues throughout the duration of the relationship through periodic review after a new customer is added.
The Business Management team supports the division by striving to ensure that organizational processes run smoothly. In addition to head count and cost management, this also includes among others VRM and BCM.

• Your key responsibilities
Overall, you’ll be part of a sub-team of 4 HC responsible for Germany and EMEA ex UKI KYC Ops COO function focusing on HC/ FTE, financials and VRM.
- You will manage HC planning and steering for KYC Operations in Germany and EMEA ex. UKI. Likewise, your responsibilities will includes cost planning, tracking and control.
- You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining high quality end to end Headcount & management reporting, leveraging existing reporting and toolsets where available or generating your own where required
- As part of vendor governance, you will be part of a team monitoring compliance with the VRM process
- You will support the implementation of COO initiatives that affect our area including identification of opportunities for process automation and improvement wherever possible, leveraging best practice & process excellence ways of working
• Your skills and experience
- You already gained strong experience and very good knowledge in the area of HC and cost planning/ steering and tracking. You’re a familiar with creating reports, using Workday/ Census and are an Excel expert.
- To perform the HC & financial core tasks you have excellent conceptual skills as well as a high level of commitment accompanied by a very independent, careful and accurate way of working and a focus on high quality
- Ideally you already had first touch points with VRM and/ or are keen to learn more about VRM.
- In addition to a high sense of responsibility, you are resilient, reliable and flexible. You have strong inter-cultural sensibility and wish to become part of a team co-located in India and Germany covering KYC Ops COO function for Germany and EMEA ex UKI.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English - allowing you to work with global stakeholders at all levels - complete your profile.
