Job Description
• Drive the development and implementation of Transformation agenda for the bank
• Collaborate with the Business COOs and function PM leads on Transformation book of work
• Establish positive relationships with key stakeholders to ensure engagement and successful delivery of change.
• Work with the Marketing and Communications team to ensure all progress and change is communicated simply and effectively.
• Work with HR to ensure training and cultural change is included in project plans.
• Provide excellent and robust governance across the delivery portfolio
• Analyze reports to identify trends, patterns, and issues and present findings and recommendations to Transformation Lead, Business COO Office and other support teams
• Provide reporting and informational updates to senior management on Transformation Workstreams
Qualifications:
• ++ years of work experience in Project Management with proven success in project execution
• PMP Certification is a plus
• Experience in developing and implementing new business processes
• Experience working with cross functional teams and senior executive management
• Excellent quantitative and qualitative skills; being able to analyze data, draw conclusions, identify trends and issues, and diagnose root cause of issues
• Strong leadership: must lead change transformation and influence others to act in support of change
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to deliver high-quality results
Education: Post Graduate degree or equivalent experience
