• Supporting Sales team in conducting negotiations on agreements & related documentation
• Reviewing and assisting in negotiation of all corporate loans/capital raising initiatives
• Carrying out discussions with external lawyers engaged for opinion on the documents
• Overlooking any litigation that the Company may file
• Assisting Compliance team in formulation and implementation of policies in adherence to
• RBI regulations, Bombay Shops & Establishment Act and other applicable laws.
