AVP Lending Operations
Location: Mumbai
Reports to: COO / Head of Operations
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced AVP – Lending Operations to lead our EMI servicing, collections, and partner operations. The role demands strong execution skills, compliance discipline, and the ability to scale operational processes in a fast-paced fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end lending operations – onboarding, disbursement, repayments, collections.
• Build and optimise SOPs, dashboards, and MIS for operational excellence.
• Drive collection efficiency, NPA control, and recovery strategies.
• Ensure compliance with RBI/regulatory guidelines and partner requirements.
• Collaborate with product, risk, and lending partners to enhance processes.
• Lead, mentor, and scale the operations & collections team.
Qualifications
• 5 – 9 Years in lending operations with fintech, NBFC, or banks.
• Strong background in collections, credit ops, and reporting.
• Experience managing portfolios with Credit underwriting, Risk Analysis and Collections
• Familiarity with digital lending and alternate underwriting models.
• MBA/CA/Finance background preferred.
