Position Overview Job Title- Business Functional Analyst Ops Automation & LCNC, AVP Location- Jaipur, India Role Description The Lead Business Management Analyst is responsible for a selection of discreet Business Management tasks. Typically the Lead Business Management Analyst provides regular reporting routine results, analysis and issues to Business Management’s senior management, with occasional responsibility to address more complex topics. The Lead Business Management Analyst would have ongoing relationships with others in the Business Management community in order to gather, consolidate and deliver the required information. The Lead Business Management Analyst may oversee the work of Business Management Analysts. This is not limited to Backlog management and will cover wider set of initiatives to meet objectives on RPA delivery and LCNC implementations KPI target for IB & Cross Product Ops • Work innovatively and collaboratively to deliver projects in the efficient way to meet business goals, escalating issues to stakeholders to find best course of actions • Support the Citizen Developer (CD) use of Low Code-No Code RPA solutions, working within a Community of Practice and assisting with the delivery of program benefits and strategic outcomes. Guide and mentor new resources in their RPA CD journey, assessing use cases and offering advice on best practices and answering general questions • Support the development and improvement of the CD program content, operating model, standards, policies and best practices for successful Citizen Development across Division/Business Groups with respect to the specific tools that you have responsibility for Your Skills And Experience • Strong experience in Business Analysis covering identification and qualifying opportunities for LCNC solutions (Data mgmt./Visualization/RPA/ Workflow etc.) • Good practical understanding of LCNC implementations having worked with couple industry standard tools, like Alteryx, MS Power Automate, etc. • Strong understanding of process patterns and typical use cases in financial services for RPA and LCNC tools (Data mgmt./ ETL/ Data visualization/ workflow/ email mgmt.) • Experience with process modeling or business objects tools like Visio and Blueworks preferred • Good level of computer literacy in Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint Online, ability to grasp fundamental principles of new software and translate for non-technical audience. • Good analytical & problem-solving skills and experience of Target Operating Model design • Experience with Low Code/No Code tools and organizational Citizen Development upskilling • Delivery focused & able to operate in a fast-paced environment • A team player and excellent collaborator • Effective stakeholder engagement • Strong written and verbal language skills How We’ll Support You • Training and development to help you excel in your career • Coaching and support from experts in your team • A culture of continuous learning to aid progression • A range of flexible benefits that you can tailor to suit your needs About Us And Our Teams Please visit our company website for further information: https://www.db.com/company/company.htm Our values define the working environment we strive to create – diverse, supportive and welcoming of different views.
