Job Description

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities: • D-PNG and Industrial & Commercial Marketing: • Develop and execute customer acquisition plans for existing and new geographical areas. • Lead negotiations with key customers, ensuring their conversion to MGL's portfolio. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely completion of construction and commissioning activities. • Review and develop contracts for new customers and renewals with Legal team support. • Monitor and analyze variations in customer acquisition numbers, guiding corrective actions. • Support Revenue and Taxation department in financial document collection. • CNG Marketing: • Review CNG Retail Outlet Policy for effective network development. • Renew agreements with OMCs, STUs, and franchisees, ensuring compliance with terms. • Meet targets for new CNG vehicle additions and sales volume. • Plan and execute marketing activities at CNG stations for higher revenues. • Monitor and ensure compliance with quality parameters. • CRM Activities: • Lead Customer Relationship Management for benchmarked TAT and customer satisfaction. • Manage customer interface channels for effective and seamless interaction. • Corporate Communications and Branding: • Formulate and execute corporate communication strategy. • Liaise with PR agencies and partners for effective media management and brand building. • Ensure effective media coverage during important events. • Conduct marketing and branding activities for higher sales volumes. • Overall Department Efficiency: • Develop and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures. • Plan and implement process improvement and technology initiatives. • Liaison with External Stakeholders: • Develop and maintain relationships with government officials and stakeholders. • Identify opportunities to influence MGL's image positively. • Reporting & MIS: • Conduct periodic reviews, identify variations, and guide action plans. • Oversee the development of MIS reports for the marketing team at various levels. • People: • Participate in recruitment and coordinate with HR for staffing. • Develop high-potential talent and ensure employee engagement and retention. • Foster a performance culture through goal setting and timely feedback
