Operating on this platform leverage, the company then offers credit services such as merchant loans, personal loans and BNPL, sourced by its financial partners. About the role: Paytm is looking to hire a business leader who drives strategies for Global Strategic Sourcing, purchase & procurement of Electronic Components, raw material & Supply Chain Management.
Expectations/ Requirements
1. Formulate granular Planning & Procurement (Domestic & Imported) related strategies for maximizing top line & bottom line profitability pertaining to material management.
2. Material Planning (Local and Imports) to achieve business volumes as per Annual Management Business Plan
3. Making localization strategy and understanding of OEM management
4. Develop and implement sourcing & supply chain strategies, effectively managing suppliers and internal networks to deliver best in class performance for the relevant spend area.
5. Sourcing, development and procurement of hardware devices parts from local & foreign sources to achieve business volumes as per management business objectives.
6. Identifying and developing a reliable vendor base in India & overseas for procurement & contract. Driving negotiations. Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role:
1. Passionate about working in a fast growing firms . 12-15 years of experience in Global procurement, Materials Planning & Vendor management.
2. Articulate complex solutions to business problems
3. Good planning and negotiation skills. Experience in Supply Chain, Global Procurement & Material Planning is a must.
₹55 - ₹65 a year
