Role Description
The Job Shop - India's Delhi office is looking for a full-time, on-site AVP Media Strategist with exceptional communication skills and an ability to foster relationships with clients. The AVP Media Strategist will be responsible for overseeing and managing the planning, development, execution, and communication of media campaigns for clients across multiple channels, ensuring that the campaigns are in line with the overall marketing strategy. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and should be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including creative and account teams.
Qualifications
• A Bachelor's Degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 15 - 16 years' experience in a media strategy , particularly in an advertising agency environment.
• Outstanding knowledge of media landscape and industry trends with experience in various media types including TV, social, print, OOH, and emerging platforms.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, able to foster is comfortable fostering relationships with clients, internal teams and vendors.
• Adept at problem-solving and decision-making under tight deadlines.
• A team player who is able to collaborate across departments and levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and any advertising software tools.
• A strong track record of driving and delivering successful campaigns with quantifiable results.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Experience working in India will be considered an asset
