Job Description
FCC Data & MI Operations lead is responsible for the below:
• Ensure that critical BAU processes execute on time and that any failures are remediated within agreed SLAs.
• Scheduling and execution of refresh jobs, as needed.
• Seek for opportunities to automate operational activities as much as possible, under suitable cost/benefit and priority analysis.
Regulatory & Business Conduct

• Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
• Lead the FCC Data MI BAU team as Operations Lead to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank's Conduct Principles: [Fair Outcomes for Clients; Effective Financial Markets; Financial Crime Compliance; The Right Environment.]
• Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

• Transaction screening Product owners and business Users.
Our Ideal Candidate
• 10+ years' experience in leading operational teams.
• Good leadership capability & cross functional engagement.
• Core understanding of FCC systems and MI dashboards.
• Demonstrated track record of leading teams to deliver objectives.
• Previously coached and mentored team members with regular feedback sessions.
• Strong communication skills to synchronize tasks, clarify issues and SLA expectations with stakeholders.
• Good to have knowledge of design thinking frameworks, user stories and customer journeys.
