AVP - Middle Office Operations (Fixed Income)
Our client is the world's largest investment bank providing financial services to the most reputed institutions around the globe.
While providing financial assistance is their major goal, they offer new ways for companies to scale their business while maintaining control of critical aspects.
They are looking for AVP/VP for their Middle office team, who can achieve the standards of risk management and people management.
Some of the key responsibilities will include :
• Overlook end to end trade life cycle functions and asset class management functions like fixed income cash trade etc.
• Managing all trade affirmations with internal and external stake holders along with accurate execution and risk analysis
• Manage all communications between different departments seamlessly including operations, finance, IT, etc.
• End to end enforcement and management of escalation procedures
• Lead transitions of different functions while learning the complete business including the controls, procedure, systems, staff management etc.
To be eligible for this role you will require :
• Minimum 510 years of experience in asset management functions (Fixed Income preferred).
• Certified degree in MBA.
• Strong understanding of trade life cycle functions.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
• High expertise in MS Office (including creation of Macros) and excellent IT skills.
• Skills: Analytical skills, Team Leader, Problem Solving, Multi-Tasking, Proactive, Strong minded, Strategic thinking.
